With the generous support of ICMA-RC, the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) is offering a scholarship for an emerging county professional to attend the 2017 Midwest Region ICMA Emerging Professionals Leadership Institute (EPLI) being held March 8-9, 2017 in Elk Grove, Illinois. The scholarship of up to $1,500 will cover registration, hotel, and travel expenses for a first-time attendee. The application deadline is Feb. 1, 2017.
