In 2006 the City of Troy established a vision for creating a World Class Corridor. This vision was implemented through the adoption of a Form-Based Zoning District. This led to significant investment and transformation over the last 15 years, with over $450 million in investment since 2011. Hear the success story and lessons learned from the Planners who have been there throughout the entire process. |
