Building Better Communities

The workshop will focus on providing professional development opportunities for our members to learn and grow as municipal executives. Sessions will cover community development, long-term planning, community/citizen engagement, and case studies from manager-led communities.
The workshop will be in various venues downtown and at the beach. The general session will be in the Charlevoix Cinema III and the breakouts will be split between the City Hall and the Library. A complete agenda, including specific locations, will follow.
